ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSITION VACANCY
SUMMARY : SEES is currently searching for a motivated student assistant to assist program Director and program coordinator with clerical office duties.
Will also take part in organizing student events. This is a part-time job, requiring 10 hours per week during the 2024-2025 school year.
Position may start in summer of 2024.
SOME OF THE THINGS THAT YOU WILL GET TO DO (this is just a small sampling of work variety) :
- Maintain, update and organize files
- Help organize SEES events and activities
- Pick up mail and distribute forms to Foundation and various departments
- Data entry
- Making photocopies
- Maintain Community room
- Equipment check out
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- General knowledge of computers and MS office applications
- Detail oriented, hardworking, self-motivated and possess problem solving ability
- Reliable and dependable
- Education : Currently enrolled Cal Poly Pomona student
- Experience : Office clerical experience a plus
ABOUT US : As the largest employer of students on the Cal Poly Pomona campus, the Enterprises offers valuable work experience and hands-on training to approximately 1,500 Cal Poly Pomona students each year.
