Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
Soliant is now interviewing and hiring school psychologists for the 2024 / 2025 school year. We have partnered with a school district in the Athens, Georgia area to hire contract psychologists.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify and address students' learning and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Provide counseling and support to students, helping them navigate challenges and improve their overall well-being.
- Participate in special education eligibility meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Qualifications :
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- State of Georgia School Psychologist certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and students.
