OASIS-E (assessment tool) experience

Description :

Home Health Services provide comprehensive care for adults with various diagnoses.

Therapists will typically handle six patient visits per day.

Travelers must have a permanent address that is at least 50 miles from the home unit.

This position requires a driver's license and proof of insurance.

Skill in charting is essential, particularly with Homecare Homebase.

Experience with wound care and chronic disease management is highly valued.

The branch operates in designated local counties, with minimal need to float to others.

There is no weekend rotation for this position unless specifically posted as such.

Holidays may require scheduled work, and requests for time off will need manager approval.

Therapists are required to wear grey scrubs.
