Description :

The Registered Nurse is responsible for identifying patient and family needs.

This role involves providing nursing and supportive care for terminally ill patients and their families or caregivers.

The nurse manages a caseload of patients and caregivers as assigned.

On-call duties are required, with call responsibilities included.

Weekend work is required every 4th weekend.

Mileage is reimbursed at the standard IRS rate, and there may be a possibility of being assigned a fleet vehicle.

A maximum caseload of 12 patients is to be maintained.
