About The Position

Join a compassionate,

mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization in Rosemead, CA, dedicated to

delivering comprehensive, community-based care to older adults through a

well-established PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program.

We are seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Physician to provide high-quality

primary care to a geriatric population, both in clinic and in the field.

Position Highlights :

Schedule : Monday through

Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

• No nights or weekends

Split Schedule : 4 days

in-clinic / 1 day field-based

Patient Load : Clinic : 8

patients per day, Field : 4 patients per day

Setting : 100% Geriatric,

PACE model

EMR : Athena

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary :

$240,000–$280,000 annually (based on experience)

Bonus : 10% annual bonus paid

quarterly

Requirements :

MD or DO

Board Certified or Board

Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
