Job Summary
Everyday Allies is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Aide to join our team in Monroe, NC. As a Home Aide, you will provide crucial support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence and well-being. Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Support clients with light housekeeping and laundry duties
Encourage and promote independence and self-care
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required
CNA certification required
1+ year of experience as a Home Aide or related field required
Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Reliable and punctual transportation
Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings
