Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer / Developer to join their team for a client-facing learning project.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze project, learner, and business requirements to define course objectives and solution scope

Gather and synthesize content from stakeholders to develop course frameworks and storyboards

Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline, ensuring alignment with learning objectives

Required Qualifications

Proven experience developing eLearning courses in Articulate Rise and Storyline

Demonstrated expertise in creating detailed storyboards and content outlines

Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices, including ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy

3+ years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field strongly preferred
