SUMMARY :

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Industrial Engineering Process Designer at our Cottage Grove facility. This position is responsible for designing and implementing the material and information flow processes within projects. Key focus is understanding the complete end-to-end supply chain system and being a key contributor on small to medium scale projects. Candidate must be local to the MN area as no relocation assistance is available for this position. There is no sponsorship available for this position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Identifies unexpressed customer needs or customer problems and can identify potential solutions.

Design and implement end to end integrated processes that meet project deliverables. Project scopes include new product implementation, capacity initiative, and / or portfolio expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

COMPENSATION :  Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $88K-$135K annually.

Benefits include, and are not limited to :

PROFIT SHARING :   In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
