The Supply Chain AI Transformation department at Motorola Solutions manages projects and sets goals, transforming solutions for the future.

Job Description

In this role the Program Manager would lead project management of AI initiatives through collaboration with cross functional teams, including data scientists, supply chain professionals, business analysts, finance partners and engineers.

Qualifications

• AI Expertise : Solid understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and their use in supply chain applications
• AI Implementation Skills : Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement AI models
• Supply Chain Optimization Focus : Ability to identify AI-driven opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction
• Project Management Skills : Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Program Management Experience : Experience managing multiple, related projects within a larger program

Additional Qualified Skills :

Target Base Salary Range : $98,100 - $196,200 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
