Oracle Supply Chain Manager
Interfaces with operations, engineering, and supplier stakeholders to provide materials and components for Oracle data center product supply chain. Leads cross line of business teams to drive competitive cost, supplier performance, and supply chain efficiencies. Create and implement supply chain initiatives and improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices. Provides balanced judgement and demonstrates problem solving skills in extremely complex and ambiguous situations. Creates an environment that allows for exploration and deployment of new ideas. Mentor and provide leadership to other colleagues. Sets an example of agility and adaptability. Builds constructive stakeholder relationships which involve direct interaction and influence with different Oracle lines of business and Oracle suppliers. Acts as the primary interface in the management of the supplier relationships. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Able to operate in fast pace, ambiguous environment. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization. Prefer 10+ years relevant experience and BA / BS degree.
Interfaces with internal and supplier stakeholders to provide cost-effective procurement of materials and components for company product supply chain. Provides direction and specialist knowledge in supply chain strategies for continuous cost improvement through partner negotiations. Conducts competitive analysis of network switch and security products, cost models, market analysis, and supply chain alternatives. Leads cross line of business teams to drive competitive cost, supplier performance, and supply chain efficiencies. Evaluates submitted proposals / quotes against Oracle standards. Manages network switch and security product suppliers that meet stakeholder requirements. Negotiates and executes supplier contractual agreements while sustaining product competitiveness. Tracks and provides supplier performance feedback to ensure Oracle standards are achieved. Creates and implements supply chain initiatives and improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices. Develops constructive stakeholder relationships which involve direct interaction with different Oracle lines of business and Oracle networking suppliers. Influences product selection with stakeholders based on continuity of supply, cost, and technology. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, negotiations, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role. Prefer 10+ years relevant experience and BA / BS degree.
This role will have led commercial responsibility for network switch and security products such as cameras, badge readers, as well as other products used in the protection of Oracle services. It will involve quoting, negotiating, contracting, awarding, and managing the network switch and security products from inventory procurement through product deliveries to end destinations. This will require excellent leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills. Learning agility and strategic sourcing skills are critical for success in this role, as the successful candidate will be expected to manage moderate to high complexity supply chain optimization projects that many cases will involve collaboration with product management, finance, legal, trade compliance, engineering, and procurement team members. Adaptability and speed of execution are also essential for success in the current global supply chain environment.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
