Assistant Manager
Domino's Pizza in Fulton, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 102 W 6th Street location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, managing and motivating team members, ensuring excellent customer service, handling cash management and financial transactions, assisting in inventory management and supply ordering, coordinating and participating in food preparation and order fulfillment, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures, assisting in training and developing new team members, supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals, and responding to and managing any emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise.
Qualifications
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team, strong math and problem-solving skills for effective money management and decision-making, excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor, detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in all aspects of store operations, ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, effective communication skills, both verbal and written, proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems, physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
