About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic professional who enjoys building relationships with referral partners, families, and community organizations. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in social work, healthcare, or education who wants to broaden their impact in the senior care space.
You’ll serve as a community ambassador — educating professionals and families about our services and the specialized care we provide for seniors, including those living with Dementia and Parkinson’s disease.
Qualifications
LMSW or LBSW preferred , with experience in the senior care or healthcare field
Other licenses considered : OT, PT, LPN, or RN
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, and PowerPoint
Experience working with the elderly preferred
Genuine passion for helping seniors and their families

Key Responsibilities
Identify and build relationships with local referral sources, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and healthcare providers.
Maintain and grow a database of potential referral partners.
Conduct community and professional education sessions primarily (but not always) focused on Dementia and Parkinson’s care.
Schedule and lead meetings with potential referral sources, including private, public, and nonprofit organizations.
Deliver presentations about Senior Helpers’ services at staff meetings, healthcare facilities, and business events.
Represent Senior Helpers at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase community awareness and develop new partnerships.
Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and report on outreach activities.
Meet weekly with leadership to review referrals, discuss opportunities, and set goals.
