Job description

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to optimize systems and processes for their go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize the go-to-market tech stack, including CRM and reporting systems

Design and implement sales and customer success processes for efficiency

Analyze pipeline health and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth SaaS company

Expert-level proficiency with CRM tools and associated GTM platforms

Strong analytical skills to turn complex data into actionable insights

Experience designing and scaling GTM processes from early stage to growth phase

Comfortable working cross-functionally with various leadership teams
