Job description
King Surveyors is currently looking for a Crew Chief.
This Position will give you a wide variety of projects to work on which include, but will not be limited to:
- Boundary Surveying, Control, Construction Staking, Topographic Surveys, Ground support Aerial Surveys, ALTA’s, Easement/Right of Way Surveys and Residential. Experience A minimum of 3 years’ total survey experience.
- Must be experienced in controlling the function of surveying instruments and calculators.
- Must be proficient in the use of robotic total stations, GPS Receivers and data collectors – Trimble preferred.
- Ability to read construction plans and organize field notes.
- Possess good social skills, and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Train and mentor entry level surveyors.
- Attendance, punctuality and reliability are essential requirements.
- Valid Driver’s License and with an insurable driving record.
- Background check required.
Salary Range:
- $28 - $40, plus overtime pay.
Benefits Health Care:
- King Surveyors pays at least 60% of employee's monthly premium.
Education / Professional Development:
- Up to $5,000 reimbursed per calendar year for approved coursework.
- PTO after 30 days.
Accrual rates are based on years of employment. Paid Holidays:
- 7 per year. 401k/401k Roth: Match up to 4%.
