Job Description

Develop and update technical design specifications, create new deliverables, and identify and implement best practices to drive project success

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions

Develop subject matter expertise in the functional domain of client projects

Mentor project team members and direct reports

Experience :

BA / BS degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.

7+ years of professional service, software consulting, and / or SaaS experience, with at least 2 years of experience managing and leading direct reports

Software application development experience is required

Great attitude, work ethic, energy, and enthusiasm

Proven experience managing multiple, large-scale software implementation projects across industries

Experience coordinating with and / or managing offshore software development teams is required

In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle, project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and enterprise software solutions, PSM / CSM preferred

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and CRM systems

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise software applications (ERP, CRM, BI tools)

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Ability to context switch and work on a variety of projects

Ability to work in-office with hybrid work flexibility after 90 days, and occasionally onsite at client offices

Flexibility to occasionally travel to client sites may be required, typically 1 week per quarter or less

Legal authorization to work in the United States and the ability to prove eligibility at the time of hire
