Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for a Consultant to lead customer-focused implementation projects in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end CRS onboarding projects from planning through go-live

Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements and align configurations

Deliver training to enable users to confidently adopt best practices

Required Qualifications

Experience delivering software onboarding or implementations; hospitality systems preferred

Strong organization and ownership of timelines and deliverables

Technical aptitude with the ability to learn system configuration / data workflows

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Work authorization in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
