MAJOR PURPOSE :

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Analytics to lead our advanced analytics and media analytics functions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the media landscape and possess a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business growth. This role requires a leader who can not only manage and mentor a team of analysts but also act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable business insights.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the company's analytics strategy, aligning with overall business objectives. Champion a data-driven culture throughout the organization.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analytics professionals. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
• Media Analytics : Oversee all aspects of media analytics, including :

Linear TV, DRTV & Offline : Analyze viewership data, campaign performance, and audience trends.

Manage and provide strategic direction for web analytics, including user behavior, conversion funnels, and site performance.

Provide strategic oversight and interpretation of Media Mix Model (MMM) outputs. Translate complex MMM findings into clear, actionable business strategies for media planning and budget allocation.

Net Conversion has its own propriety data platform, Conversionomics, which the Advanced Analytics team uses daily
