Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting processes on a daily basis providing leadership and oversight
• Manage the monthly close process generating financial and management reports. Ensure account analysis and reconciliations are completed timely
• Collaborate closely with corporate to develop and implement efficient accounting workflows and team structures as the company grows
• Provide insights and recommendations on financial strategy to support future acquisition goals
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure regulatory compliance.
