AI Engineer (PHX)

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN IT, AI Engineer

A typical day for an AI Engineer in this role involves designing and fine-tuning large language models, developing agent-based systems to automate workflows and decision-making, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs. The majority of this role's time will be focused on discovering, evaluating, and deploying generative AI tools that streamline business processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field OR relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in large language models, agentic frameworks, and orchestration systems.
• Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar orchestration libraries, as well as Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and tool augmentation for LLMs.
• Familiarity with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and AI-driven workflow automation.
