Project Manager - Civil Site Development

Were partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm located in Savannah, GA. They are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in civil site design, particularly with water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience producing residential plans, working with residential clients, and managing projects in a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple projects for various clients, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Develop proposals, prepare fee estimates, and visit clients, job sites, and consultant offices as needed
• Coordinate with other disciplines, supervise engineers and technicians, and track projects in accounting software
• Create scopes of work, communicate with clients, and monitor project progress
