As an Allied Universal Security Professional in a patrol unarmed position at a utilities location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to promote a secure environment, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication and professionalism. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as required.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Monitor for unusual activity or potential hazards within the location, reporting findings to the appropriate parties.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while performing duties.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, patrols, and observations as required by site protocols.

Support Allied Universal and client leadership by following all instructions and protocols specific to the utilities environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
