Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chicago, IL for an Onsite Manager. The Onsite Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure quality assurance, and resolve any issues that arise. Responsibilities include scheduling, performance management, employee hiring / terminations, employee pre-training and liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction. The Onsite Manager will also be responsible for adhering to safety standards and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. The candidate will work with HQ in DFW to oversee our client site.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including employee training and performance management
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in scheduling and quality assurance
• Ability to adhere to safety standards and maintain compliance with company policies
• Experience in facilities maintenance or staffing industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• HR Experience preferred
• Bilingual in Korean / English preferred
• Must be flexible to work as needed including weekends
