This position entails managing a high volume of calls, processing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and generating sales leads.
In addition, this role will need to maintain customer call logs, build relationships with customers, manage preparations, and collaborate with other departments.
Requirements :
- Moderate to high computer literacy
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience with E-Commerce is preferred
Hours : Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm
Salary / Pay Rate : $17-20 / hr
