Our client, a leading integrated creative agency recognized for its award-winning work across digital, experiential, and traditional channels, is seeking a Vice President, Executive Creative Director (ECD) to join its leadership team.
This individual will define and drive the creative vision for a flagship brand partnership—delivering bold, insight-led ideas that elevate both the client’s business and the agency’s creative standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction and output for a flagship account across all media platforms.
- Partner closely with senior client stakeholders to develop strategic, results-driven creative solutions that move business metrics.
- Serve as a trusted creative advisor and ambassador for the agency in executive presentations and reviews.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and uncover new growth initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account, strategy, and production teams to ensure creative excellence and alignment with brand objectives.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative department built on collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Oversee timelines, resources, and budgets to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to agency-wide initiatives to evolve creative processes and strengthen culture.
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive creative experience, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership capacity at an agency.Proven success leading high-profile, multi-channel campaigns for national or global brands.Expertise in brand storytelling and creative innovation across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels.Strong client relationship skills, with experience collaborating directly with C-suite and senior-level stakeholders.Excellent leadership, mentorship, and communication skills with the ability to inspire diverse teams.Strategic thinker with business acumen and a deep understanding of how creative drives measurable growth.Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, design, communications, or related field.Familiarity with emerging platforms, data-driven insights, and the full creative development lifecycle.Seniority level : Executive
