Responsibilities :

• Manage daily FOH operations including table flow and guest satisfation
• Coach, train, and motivate servers, hosts, and support staff to deliver exceptional
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and create memorable experiences
• Support the Service Manager in driving sales, building a winning culture, and ensuring smooth service
• Proficient in all front of house positions
• Monitor inventory levels and enforce effective inventory control procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
• Utilize POS systems, Toast POS, to process orders and payments
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating service
