Responsibilities :
- Manage daily FOH operations including table flow and guest satisfation
- Coach, train, and motivate servers, hosts, and support staff to deliver exceptional
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and create memorable experiences
- Support the Service Manager in driving sales, building a winning culture, and ensuring smooth service
- Proficient in all front of house positions
- Monitor inventory levels and enforce effective inventory control procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
- Utilize POS systems, Toast POS, to process orders and payments
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating service
Qualifications :
1+ years management experience in hospitality and food serviceStrong leadership and communication skills and able to motivate and manage a team under pressureGuest-first mindset with a knack for solving problems quickly and professionallyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyPassion for food, hospitality, and building strong team cultureWork Requirements
