Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

As an AP Specialist, you will work in an office-based setting within our Accountant department located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.

Schedule : Monday - Friday : 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm; 30 minute unpaid lunch

Responsibilities :

• Process AP invoices
• Match POs to invoices
• Process POs in workflow and upload to Traverse and DocUnity
• Update CTF spreadsheets
• Post cash receipts ad disbursements weekly and / or monthly
• Receive and post rent payments from Housing (primarily at month end)
• Deposit monthly DDD and regular Escrow checks
• Deposit and post Trento rents from consumers
• Other projects as assigned
