Position Summary :

Grizzly is looking for a Senior Designer to lead the end-to-end design process across brand identity, packaging, digital, and campaign work. As a key contributor and mentor within the design team, the Senior Designer champions creative problem-solving, ensures visual excellence, and helps guide the delivery of work that is both strategically sound and beautifully crafted.

Senior Designers at Grizzly collaborate across departments and directly with clients to produce compelling, business-driven creative solutions. You will lead by example, giving thoughtful feedback, mentoring junior designers, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve outcomes, processes, and the overall design practice. This role requires experience working with B2B and / or technology brands and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.

• Contribute to Grizzly’s thought leadership and internal culture
