Trillium is looking for an Operations Services Specialist!
The Specialist I, Operations Services is responsible for analyzing and processing Property Ownership Reports (PORs) with accuracy and efficiency. This role involves researching property records, validating ownership details, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to maintain data integrity and contribute to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and analyze Property Ownership Reports (PORs) by gathering, reviewing, and verifying property-related information from various data sources.
- Research property records using internal databases, public records, and third-party sources to confirm ownership details.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., quality control, customer service, and management) to resolve discrepancies or incomplete data.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards by meeting daily and weekly processing goals.
- Document findings and update records in company systems for accurate reporting and tracking.
- Communicate effectively with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

Required Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or -Bachelor’s degree preferred).Experience : 1+ years of experience in data processing, real estate, title research, or related fields.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience with property databases, public records, and industry software is a plus.Key Competencies :
