Roofing - Service Manager
Starting pay $28+ per hour depending on experience
Job Information :
- Commercial flat roofing - Knowledge of All Systems - Single Ply, BUR, Coatings, etc.
- Responsible for leading a crew to perform work safely and productively
- Will manage labor, materials, equipment, and administrative work
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs. routinely
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to minimize accidents and injuries
- Valid Drivers License required - clean driving record required to drive company vehicle
- Prior experience in Commercial Roofing service work preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication skills with co-workers and customers Benefits :
