Accounts Receivable Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building strong customer relationships? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team and play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and customer satisfaction. This position offers the chance to work closely with our sales team and gain hands-on experience with advanced ERP systems in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do :

• Partner with the sales team to manage Accounts Receivable and Collections.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve billing issues.
• Utilize the Chempax ERP system (designed for the chemical industry) to manage accounts.
• Perform cash applications and provide exceptional customer service.
• Report to the AP / AR Supervisor as part of a small, close-knit team.

Job Type & Location : This is a contract to hire position based out of Rocky Hill, CT.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
