Travel ICU Float Pool Nurse - $2,260 per week

• Work in a new Intermediate Care unit as part of the Float Pool
• ICU RN experience required
• Patient population includes Med / Surg, PCU, and ICU patients
• Expected patient ratio is 1 : 3
• May be floated to other Stepdown and Med / Surg units as needed, but will not float to other critical care units
• Perform procedures including A-line management, Bair Hugger System, FMS Systems, IV Insulin administration, IV Infusion / Endo, Stable DKA management, IPAP, Non-Invasive Ventilation, Telemetry monitoring, and Peripheral Cath Withdrawals
• Work with Nurse Collect Unit equipment
• No phlebotomy responsibilities
• Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under physician direction
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members using nursing process
• Direct nursing support staff according to standards of practice and policies
• Graduate of accredited nursing school required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year experience in clinical specialty preferred
• PA or MSL Compact Registered Nurse License required
• Basic Life Support certification required
