Position Summary

Responsible for processing transport customer information in the software system including nominations, scheduling, confirmations, allocations, imbalance management, and contract administration.

Essential Responsibilities

• Complete contract, location, and business contact set up in the software system.
• Implement the scheduling process for all Company natural gas pipelines including scheduling, confirmations, and allocations.
• Respond timely and accurately to customer inquiries concerning scheduling / contract administration issues and pipeline operations while complying with the tariff and business code of conduct requirements.
• Review and monitor imbalances with other interconnecting pipelines for accuracy and reconcile differences.
• Train customers in basic functions of the scheduling software system.
• Other daily, weekly, or monthly special project duties as assigned.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is : $71,900.00 to $102,100.00 per year
