Our client, a provider of automotive fleet leasing and management services, is looking for a Director of Strategic Initiatives. This is a pivotal role that drives the company's long-term strategic direction through the identification, development, and implementation of key growth initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with the Transformation and Strategy Leadership and executive teams.
Director of Strategic Initiatives Responsibilities :
Developing strategic vision, conducting market analysis, and creating detailed strategic plans.
Leading the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget, and tracking benefits.
Leading and motivating diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and communicating effectively with executives, including respectfully challenging leadership with thoughtful insights.
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering compelling presentations, and acting as a strategic partner to the executive team.
Conducting advanced data analysis, utilizing data visualization, establishing KPIs, and performing post-implementation reviews.
Developing strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Director of Strategic Initiatives Requirements :
Lean Six Sigma methodologies; PMP Certification is a plus.
