Customer Support Specialist - On-Site Role in East Aurora, NY

Compensation
$17.20-$17.75 per hour
Monthly bonus opportunities averaging $3,000+
Work Schedule
Training (On-site) :
Mon-Thu : 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM
Fri : 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM
Post-Training (On-site with flexibility) :
Mon-Thu : 8 : 00 AM-9 : 00 PM
Fri : 8 : 00 AM-7 : 00 PM
Must work two evenings until 9 PM each week
Select your 8-hour shift within these windows
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve account issues
Use skip-tracing tools to verify addresses, employers, and contact information
Negotiate payment arrangements and offer compliant resolution options
Document all interactions accurately and follow established procedures
Adhere to federal and state guidelines and follow provided scripts
Work closely with team members and leadership to maintain service standards

What You'll Need
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of customer service or collections experience
Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a structured environment
