Uncle Arnie's, a fast-growing lifestyle brand in the beverage industry, is looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. If you have a knack for crafting visually stunning designs for both print and digital platforms, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand's visual identity across a variety of retail marketing touchpoints, from eye-catching packaging to engaging digital content. You'll work closely with marketing and production teams, contributing directly to our in-market presence and e-commerce growth.

What You\'ll Do :

• Design & Innovate : Create best-in-class designs for packaging, web, social media, in-store signage, sell sheets, and other marketing collateral.
• Translate & Execute : Transform creative briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and strategic business goals.
• Collaborate & Lead : Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and third-party partners.
• Manage Projects : Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, including quick-turnaround assignments, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Refine & Deliver : Implement design changes based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and quality before final submission.
• Problem Solve : Exercise independent judgment to make definitive design choices and solve creative challenges.
• Communicate : Effectively articulate design rationale to internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Stay Current : Keep up with emerging design and industry trends to ensure our brand remains fresh and relevant.
• Social Media Support : Assist in curating and posting content on our Meta social media feeds.

The base annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 based on candidate\'s experience, education, and geographic location.
