Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant at Brunswick Boat Group is a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful professional who provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Executive Vice President & President, as well as other assigned executives. This role demands exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Executive Assistant is a key partner in executive-level coordination, relationship management, and process excellence, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations for the President and leadership team.
Essential Functions :
- Executes a broad variety of tasks for Brunswick Boat Group and Business Acceleration leadership as well as provides support to other assigned executives including : managing active calendar of appointments; expense reports; invoicing and billing; composing / preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the assigned executives schedules are followed and respected, including keeping schedules up-to-date, resolving meeting conflicts and seamlessly accommodating more urgent or time sensitive requests
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting key communications, preparing and coordinating business deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint presentations), following up on action items from regular staff meetings, and other tasks to help facilitate effective leadership of the organization
- Organizes and manages agendas and logistics for key events, including Town Hall meetings and Senior Management offsite meetings
- Meets, greets and escorts external visitors, attendees or candidates, being proactive to distribute advance materials and address in-office needs during the visit such as meals, materials, or other refreshments
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires as-needed
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the leadership team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
- Provides clear and direct communication between the team members of the Leadership team; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff; operates with the highest levels of confidentiality
- Assist with general office duties or other duties as assigned, and provides support to other team members on an as-needed or back-up basis

Associates degree required. BS / BA preferred5 to 8 years' experience supporting a division president or other similar senior-level executive requiredExperience working in a large (Fortune 1000), public organization with multiple business units is preferredProficient in Microsoft Teams, Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Adobe AcrobatFlexibility on schedule with the ability to stay past traditional hours on days neededThe anticipated pay range for this position is $65,000 - $104,300 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
