Scott Curcio Residential Team Opportunity

The Scott Curcio Residential team is building to $100 million annual sales in the next five years. You'll co-pilot the ship to get us there. The job / key responsibilities include :

  • You're the first line of communication
  • Solve problems, manage projects and ensure team leader's time is focused on the highest priority initiatives
  • Support our licensed agents, helping them grow their businesses by holding them accountable for lead flow & follow-up
  • Bring order and manage through change and chaos
  • Plan & coordinate client & marketing events
  • Help recruit top talent
  • Create marketing / sales presentations
  • Administrative support : secure all required documents & work with condo associations and sellers on ensuring all information is available & accurate prior to going live with any property for sale or rent.

The person we're seeking :

  • Education & experience :

  • Three to five years prior experience in a similar role, supporting an organization's leader or senior manager
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • Hours & salary :

  • In-office position in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood
  • Hours 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Salary range : $90,000-$110,000 commensurate with experience
