Commercial Roofing Estimator

A company is looking for a Commercial Roofing Estimator for new construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Review architectural and structural drawings to determine project scope and requirements

Perform detailed quantity take-offs for various commercial roofing systems

Develop comprehensive cost estimates and prepare bid proposals with required documentation

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience for new construction projects

Proven ability to estimate and manage bids for large-scale projects ($1M-$20M)

Proficiency in estimating software, preferably The EDGE, and CAD experience

Experience with bid management portals such as Builder Connect and Procore

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
