Job descriptionOwn the Estimating Process : Lead estimating for renovation and construction projects across multiple U.S. markets. Analyze & Quantify : Perform full-scope takeoffs, pricing, and trade breakdowns from drawings and site walks. Sub Management : Source, vet, and level bids from subcontractors to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Value Engineering : Identify scope gaps, constructability issues, and cost-saving solutions before they become problems. Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with project managers, executives, and procurement to align budgets, schedules, and execution plans. Contribute to Winning Work : Help prepare compelling bid packages, proposals, and GMP / lump sum budgets that secure new business. Global Construction an entity of Kapella Group is seeking a Estimator to join our fast-growing national General Contracting team, specializing in multifamily, senior living, and hospitality renovations .
