Excavator Operator for Septic Company
C&C Septic Services INC is seeking a skilled machine operator to join our team. Delivering machines to job sites and then operating the machine, you'll help repair and install septic systems across the Triangle area.

We are seeking someone to operate our mini excavator installing septic systems.
Compensation & Benefits :
- $20-25 per hour, based on experience

As the Skilled Machine Operator your responsibilities will include :
- Deliver machines to job sites
- Operate machines to complete a septic repair or install
- Complete daily task logs and hour tracking
- Read designs, work orders, and blueprints for each project
- Confirm and order materials for each assigned project
- Operate equipment not limited to mini excavators, skid steers, saws, drills, etc.
- Drive light duty dump truck or pickup truck and adhere to proper trailering methods
- Check and maintain equipment and trucks
- Organize shop and trucks to keep an orderly work environment
- Communicate and coordinate with owner and production manager for assigned project tasks
Required Experience :
- 2 years mini excavator operation
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to operate basic equipment
- Ability to drive a light duty dump truck and have trailering experience
Ideal Qualifications and Skills :
- 3-5 years installation experience in Septic Systems
- Ability to speak Spanish and English
