Responsibilities :

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence and dignity for our residents
• Provide personal care, including feeding, toileting, and ambulation, as needed
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Assist with vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, as required
• Support with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring proper storage of supplies and equipment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
