CNA Certified Nurse Assistant

Responsibilities :
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence and dignity for our residents
- Provide personal care, including feeding, toileting, and ambulation, as needed
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
- Assist with vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, as required
- Support with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring proper storage of supplies and equipment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements :
Current CNA certification in the state of IllinoisHigh school diploma or equivalent required0 years of experience as a CNA, with a willingness to learn and grow with our teamAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing empathetic and compassionate careAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsWhat We Offer :
