Circulation Retention & Engagement Coordinator

CIRCULATION RETENTION & ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

The Las Vegas Review-Journal is in search of a Circulation Retention & Engagement Coordinator that will develop and execute strategies to improve customer retention and engagement. Duties include monitoring performance metrics, managing outbound communication campaigns across multiple platforms, manage and coordinate daily draw input and forecasting, analyzing publication volumes and other key retention metrics, and designing stop-save and win-back initiatives.

Required Skills :

• ? Proficient in MS Office Suite, intermediate proficiency in Excel
• ?Must be able to multitask and support multiple projects and be well-organized
• ? Strong organizational and analytical skills
• ?This position is Las Vegas-based, and a hybrid schedule that includes 3 in-office days
• ?Must be able to pass in all relevant ways drug screen and background check
