Full-Time | $18 per hour | Monday-Thursday 8 : 00 AM–5 : 30 PM & Friday 8 : 00 AM–12 : 00 PM

The Opportunity
As the Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play an important part in shaping their care experience. This position combines administrative excellence with compassionate service — helping maintain smooth operations and supporting both clinical and front-office functions.
What You’ll Do
- Patient Experience & Communication
- Greet, check in, and check out patients with professionalism and empathy
- Collect co-pays and deposits, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide and organize new patient paperwork, insurance cards, and privacy notices
- Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Deliver compassionate attention and assistance to patients and families
- Administrative Support & Record Management
- Register patients and create or update medical charts
- File and maintain medical documentation with confidentiality and accuracy
- Ensure patient records follow a consistent, organized format
- Perform general office tasks such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining supplies
- Keep the facility clean and organized throughout the day
- Clinical Coordination & Compliance
- Prepare examination rooms and assist with patient flow
- Record patient medical histories, vitals, and test results in compliance with guidelines
- Adhere to all facility and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and OSHA
- Complete required annual training on time
- Perform additional duties as assigned

High school diploma or GED requiredAt least one year in an administrative role requiredPrevious healthcare facility experience preferredExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communicationStrong customer service and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareKnowledge of medical terminology, spelling, and office proceduresAbility to maintain confidentiality and professional ethicsWhat We Offer
