Responsibilities
Come join our team and love what you do! We are currently hiring a per-diem Cook for Fremont Hospital ! The Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycle and production sheets.
Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 148-bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for children through adults.
The facility provides a full assortment of care which includes assessments, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial-hospitalization, intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment as well as chemical dependency outpatient care.

Qualifications
Education : Food service sanitation certificate required.
Experience : Must have at least two (2) years experience in quantity cooking, a basic knowledge of modified diets; training in food service sanitation, experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils;
and some prior kitchen supervisory experience preferred.
Additional Requirements :
- You may be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours at a time.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
