SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting business customers with daily administrative needs related to cash management and other small business account needs. In addition, this position assists in the administration needs of the business services department.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY :
Customer Service
- Perform careful analysis of customers' needs and best product options, working with the customer to ensure the effective and efficient use of products.
- Discusses customer needs, problems, and complaints with appropriate people within the bank.
- Assist customers in day-to-day administrative account maintenance to enhance the commercial client's business operations
Administration
Complete monthly reports for the departmentOrganizes and administer cash management systems including annual reviewsMaintain the company's mystery shop programImplement and troubleshoot digital banking productsBusiness Development

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

POSITION TYPE
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30am to 5pm. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
TRAVEL
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
