Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Partners with internal stakeholders to ensure invoicing / billing is completed accurately and timely
- Oversees collections, cash applications, client reconciliations and reporting
- Accelerates the speed at which unbilled revenue is converted to cash by streamlining processes, improving billing accuracy, and establishing relationships with key clients, and enhancing cross-functional coordination
- Monitors aging reports and proactively follow-up on outstanding invoices to improve days sales outstanding
- Collaborates with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing disputes, improve cash collections, and ensure client satisfaction
- Ensures compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Prepares monthly reports and forecasts
- Identifies obstacles / risks that impact cash flow and implements mitigation plans
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in accounts receivable or financial operations.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role.Preference given to candidates with global experience.Strong understanding of accounting principles, accounts receivable best practices, and ERP systems (preferably PeopleSoft)Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong time management skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines while ensuring accuracyAbility to organize and prioritize workloadStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailPRGX is an equal opportunity employer.
