Strategic Partnerships Manager
Responsible for developing and executing Labcorp's consumer centric strategic partnerships to drive growth, innovation, and market expansion. This role will also surface 3rd party data opportunities to help drive these growth areas. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented leader who will work with C-suite individuals to identify, negotiate, and manage high-impact partnerships across various sectors, including healthcare, technology, and retail. This role will collaborate closely with internal executive and senior leadership teams, including marketing, sales, clinical, IT and operationsto integrate partnership strategies into the company's broader business development efforts. In addition, the role will lead market research, assess emerging trends, and identify new opportunities for strategic alliances, all while ensuring optimal execution of existing partnerships to maximize value and business outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of Labcorp's partnership strategy.
- Surface 3rd party data partnerships for the advancement of personalized medicine.
- Continuously assessing market opportunities for potential partnerships with retailers, data aggregators, technology partners, pharmaceutical companies, digital solutions and other health care vendors.
- Collaborate with executive and senior leaders in marketing and strategy to develop partnership strategies to deliver growth goals.
- Support the ideation of new product and service initiatives aligned with the company's strategic goals and partner needs.
- Collaborate with leaders of the Venture Fund to assess new partnership opportunities.
- Manage assigned existing partner executive relationships and assess resource support needed to maintain, grow, and optimize partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for innovative solutions and business models that enhance Labcorp's value proposition for partners and consumers.
- Build and manage strategic alliances with key industry thought leaders, ensuring long-term success and value creation for all parties involved.
- Oversee contract discussions and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in partnership agreements.
- Represent Labcorp at industry conferences, events, and forums to stay at the forefront of trends and foster relationships with potential strategic partners and contribute to thought leadership as necessary.
Minimum Education and Experience Required :
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or MBA preferred.10 years' experience in consulting, product development, partnerships within the healthcare industry.Ability to collaborate and lead projects with a mix of remote and centrally located team members across time zones.Familiarity with digital health solutions and technology integrations.Track record of building strong client relationships.A proven leader who thrives in collaborative environments and is results driven.
