Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Rehabilitation\n\n

If you are passionate about helping patients regain independence after illness or injury, join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care focused on recovery and improving quality of life for patients undergoing rehabilitation therapies.

\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n \n

  • Assess patients’ physical and emotional needs upon admission and develop individualized care plans tailored to their rehabilitation goals.

\n

  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care as prescribed by physicians or therapists.

    • \n

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

    • \n

  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and post-discharge care plans to maintain progress at home.

    • \n

  • Document patient progress accurately and adjust care plans as needed based on clinical outcomes or therapy advancements.

    • \n \n\nWork Environment : \n \n

  • The role is based in hospitals or rehabilitation facilities where RNs work closely with patients recovering from surgeries, strokes, or chronic conditions requiring intensive therapy support.

  • This position demands patience, compassion, and physical stamina as it involves assisting patients through challenging recovery processes daily.
