Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Electrical Foreman to oversee commercial and / or industrial electrical projects in the Miami area. The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising on-site crews, ensuring work is completed on schedule and according to code, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining job site safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead electrical crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Plan and schedule daily work activities, ensuring productivity and compliance with timelines.
• Ensure installations comply with the NEC (National Electrical Code) and local building codes.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Maintain inventory of materials and tools; order supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen.
• Ensure job site safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, time sheets, and project documentation.
