Job Overview

Teknikor Contracting is actively seeking experienced Industrial Electrical Foremen to join our dynamic Field Operations team. In this national travel role, you will lead industrial crews on high-profile projects across the country. You'll manage daily operations, enforce jobsite safety and quality standards, and contribute your own hands-on electrical expertise-including conduit runs, control panels, and complex system installations.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of traveling industrial electrical crews
• Interpret and execute work from electrical blueprints and layout diagrams
• Install conduit, electrical panels, VFDs, PLCs, and control systems
• Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, customers, and other trades
• Track jobsite labor, material usage, and project progress reports
• Perform occasional basic industrial millwright work (alignment, light rigging, mechanical setup)
